Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Q: Where is the Renew button?

A: We don’t have a Renew button. With a renewal button we found members were renewing too early or multiple times because they weren’t sure when or if was time to renew.

Our website takes care of all that:

  • 28 days before the renewal date, members will get an email with an invoice and link to renew. If they login to the website within 28 days of renewal, they will get a popup letting them know it is time to renew.
  • 14 days before the renewal date, members will get another email with an invoice and link to renew.
  • On the renewal date, members will get another email with an invoice and link to renew.
  • 7 days after the renewal date, they will get an email with a final request to renew.
  • If they haven’t renewed 14 days after renewal date, they will automatically become a “Guest” member.

Q: Why am I not receiving emails from Soule Kindred?

A: We have noticed that certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are not accepting emails from Soule Kindred. We periodically send out informational emails for elections, newsletters, events, fund raising, and most importantly, renewal reminders. These ISPs in particular seem to be rejecting our emails: att.netbellsouth.netpacbell.net, and sbcglobal.net.

You may need to “whitelist” emails coming from Soule Kindred so they do not get blocked by your ISP. If you’re not sure how to do this, contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them what you need to do to let Soule Kindred emails through to your email client. back-to-top

QPreviously I was able to do "recurring" membership payments. Why can I no longer do that?

A: We stopped accepting "automatic payments" because it was causing a lot of problems. Members were not cancelling their automatic payments when they no longer wished to remain a member, or they were changing emails without telling us and continued to have payments deducted from their credit card when they didn’t want to renew. We found ourselves sending out a lot of refunds. The new billing system sends out several renewal reminders with a link to renew using a credit card or by sending a check. Soule Kindred does not store or have access to your credit card information, only the merchant services company. back-to-top
